Healthcare Marketing and Keeping Schedule Full

Wouldn’t it be nice to partner with a healthcare marketing agency that understands that keeping your schedule full is your primary concern? We get it. Every decision is designed to make it easier to market your practice, increase “word of mouth” advertising, make you stand out against your competition, facilitate gaining new patients and and most importantly keep your schedule full.

Getting and Keeping Loyal Patients is the Whole Point of Healthcare Marketing

The most important aspect of healthcare marketing is turning your patients into happy advocates. They will gladly bring you more patients. You do that with the right internal systems. You use marketing systems that highlight your compassion, dedication and repeatedly show how valuable they are to you. It’s no longer good enough to just treat your patient or sell them their healthcare products. You have to earn their loyalty and repeat business through amazing customer service and care.

Why Impeccable Care and Customer Service is Critical For Healthcare Marketing

This is the first step to growing any business. Great service is built upon providing a level of care and customer service that delights and surpasses expectations. The healthcare industry is more personal than others and as a result you need to offer more personal service. Even if you offer great service, it’s always worth a second look. For example… How long does it take to get a call back? Do you send them birthday cards, etc? Make sure every interaction counts. You need to continually improve and optimize your customer service systems. The quality of care and service directly impacts your word of mouthing marketing.

Word of Mouth Has The Highest ROI for Healthcare Marketing

It goes without says that a personal recommendation from one of your delighted patients is the best way to get a new patient. But it isn’t free, and it has to be earned. It is frequently discounted as something that just happens. It doesn’t just happen. It’s a tool, and you have to use it. Are you asking your patients to recommend their colleagues, and their friends and family. Have you given them a reason to? Don’t let those recommendation opportunities go to your competition.

Stand Out From the Background Noise of Your Competition

In today’s market it’s no longer possible to just wait around for your schedule to fill. Your competition is fierce and their actively scheduling your potential patients. You need to actively engage multiple platforms to get your message out. You need to draft your current patients into recruiting for you. You do this by working on multiple marketing fronts. A few possibilities are your website, social media, doctor referrals, YouTube, print media, and speaking engagements. All of those give you an opportunity to talk about why you are different (your point of difference) than your competition and how that benefits them personally.
